Manchester graduate needing official transcript. Contacted 5 different departments multiple times over 8 months - ZERO responses from any of them. Complete failure to provide basic alumni services. Cannot access my own academic records despite multiple attempts through official channels. Unfortunately, it is a university that does not care for and respect its students, especially foreigners. I studied a semi-in-person Global MBA which I graduated in December 2022. Currently I have not yet been able to receive my degree. It was supposed to be sent to my home by September, so I planned a trip to the United Kingdom specifically to legalize the title for October. Unfortunately the title never arrived and there is no way to communicate with them, they do not respond to emails.
