Hi I am very Happy with the customer service. The quality of the silk is excellent but not happy with the stitching in the inside of the pillow cases is very poor .Long threads left hanging. If I cut the long ends of stitching will come undone. I also think the zipper should be the full width of the pillow case. It’s a shame they don’t make them the same way as a normal pillow. I’m glad I didn’t pay $80.00 for them.
