I can assure you this was an isolated product issue. We've dropped the 27 rocket pack from our product range and have given the rocket man package an upgrade.

I ordered a box of fireworks and sparklers on Bonfire Night at 1pm. Within an hour, my items were delivered. Fantastic service. Can't wait to try out the fireworks tonight. Really impressed so far and definitely a company we would use again.
