Great service, great people.

Highly recommended, professional, dependable and friendly service. I used two units to move to a rental property after selling my house, and three units for storing longer-term. Communication was always timely, clear and responsive (thanks Thomas). They were also flexible and reliable with all arrangements made. I'd use them again without hesitation.

This is my second time using Manchester Self Storage Co. Both times they have provided an excellent service. They have communicated well throughout and responded well to all queries. I will recommend them and definitely use them again.

Easy system, no stairs or hassle

After 4 years in storage, I had concerns about the state of my items. I needn't have worried, everything was in the same condition as when I'd placed them in the pod, apart from a little dust! Even gybed linen still smelled of fabric softener.

These guys are amazing have been using them on and off for about 5 6 years every time we have needed storage. The have always stuck to what you agree and the pods are always delivered at a time suited to you,

The guys there are so helpful and the service they provide is excellent. I never had any problems and they were at the end of the phone whenever I needed to speak to them.

Of our garage in whilst work was being done.
This form were fantastic - fair, reasonably priced and very efficient.

We stored 4 containers of new electronic equipment, MSS took delivery from supplier and then delivered to site the correct items as requested on time and to date. Additionally MSS took to store 10 items of technical furniture which was required at a later date. Again we had no loss damage or problems. The staff at MSS were always friendly and helpful.

Excellent. I have no reservations in recommending this company. Efficient. Friendly. Outstanding customer service.
