Lovely selection, excellent service
Lovely selection some of which are very reasonably priced. Nice showroom in Chalk Farm and lovely staff. They let you take samples for nothing , which I thought was civilized. The web site had really informative product descriptions ( which many do not). The service was excellent at all levels

Courtesy call after my online order plus a change to a more appropriate delivery method. Another call about a week before delivery to confirm. Own delivery driver very pleasant and offloaded the pallet exactly where we wanted it and explained everything about the delivery.

We ordered Soho matt tiles in the recent sale, and collected from the Monmouth warehouse. The collection staff were fantastic in assisting us to load, and the tiles are of lovely quality. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and with the whole Mandarin Stone experience.

Very helpful. Unfortunately some of my tiles arrived cracked. I rang to explain, then communicated via email. They offered to replace or refund. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful - would recommend
