It's the first time I've used MandM and I was impressed with the quality of their merchandise and the pricing. Their returns, which I had to do on two of the orders was implemented quickly, but surprisingly they charge for returns, which was a bit disappointing.
I also note there is no customer contact either by telephone or email only chatbox which rarely works properly. Overall the experience was good.

Such a beautiful site with affordable clothes. It's more beautiful than imagined. The delivery was smooth too!

My parcel went missing from m and m direct delivered by evri
. contacted mnm and had to jump through hoops trying to fill forms in because my parcel had gone missing . Forms that were Not made easy at all to fill in if you havent got a computer wont shop again with them

I found it stressful that having registered items for the basket, the process proceeded before I had the opportunity to establish where I should indicate the parcel was for a relative ,not at my address. i quickly sent a message which was not acknowledged and proceeded on a daily message, which rendered a message saying the matter would be dealt with in 48 hours. At85 years of age and knowing that delays would result I returned said package to the company, having first checked the contents and within a despatch note, was able to return said package. Finally after a week of messages and responses an operative sent an email directly with a contact name and the stress was lifted , i gave info confirming the postage and receipt signed for a t your premised and heyho, filling out a duplicate order, which took considerable time I might say, the parcel arrived safely at the correct address and the recipient, my great -nephew was delighted to have it and expressed that all was well. It has taught me a lesson, find out exactly what you need to do before pressing a button on the computer. Thank you to the two gentlemen who wrote an email to me, solving the problem and I was able to draw breath and ceased panicking. I hate on line shopping for someone other than myself. In this instance we achieved resolution successfully.
