Large selection to choose from. You were the ball on updates/emails in keeping the customer informed. you use to use another delivery service who were reliable and respect customers order. but now you use Royal Mail who are a bit slap happy will say. they ask if you want your order left in safe place ,which you agree to. but leaves it by the front door so everyone can see driving or walking pass. just I was near home member of public walked past my place and looked at the blue parcel bag and said " I wonder what's in there to her friend. Royal mail don't care. but I will still order from your company , like your clothing and footwear, I never had trouble with a delivery service beginning with E.
