So pleased that I consulted Joy in…

So pleased that I consulted Joy in Teesside Park regarding my gas and electric. I now fully understand what a unit rate and standing charge means, which made things a lot clearer to why things have gone up so much. Joy helped me to understand the action I should take to help reduce my bills and also usage. Smart Meters…

I requested smart meters for both gas and electric which at the time there was no slots available, Aman Sidhu constantly checked for the first availability for me and booked the first slot that came up, I would just like to say thank you to Aman for his dedication and good customer service in getting a job done no matter how long it took

SO FAR SO GOOD!!

Been with this Company for 12 months and have been very pleased, I read my meters on the same day of each month and that helps me to keep up with bills. Very satisfied.

Option to change energy supplier

I have faith in M&S Energy supplying gas and electricity at reasonable rates even though prices are rising.
The promise that it is possible to change without penalty is reassuring when considering the best option.

REALLY happy with energy supplier

REALLY happy with energy supplier, so pleased we changed a year ago.
I like the fact we are in control of our payments & can make any extra payments online or by telephone where staff are friendly & helpful.

Quick and helpful customer support

Great customer service from Aman.
I requested an update on my account balance and provided a new meter reading. Aman got back to me really quickly to let me know my balance and to confirm I could cancel the next direct debit payment as it would be covered by my balance. This really helped me out in a tight month - so much appreciated.

Extremely well run energy company…

Extremely well run energy company (mostly thanks to Octopus Energy).

Staff are understanding, knowledgeable and helpful.

The only time in my life when I felt happy to pay my electricity bill, knowing the money will be (partly) used to fund future green energy projects around the UK.

Excellent Service from M&S Energy

M&S Energy and Octopus really have impressed me with their customer service and their way of not tying you into ridiculous 12-24 month contracts. My recent call to customer service was handled swiftly and effectively with the exact outcome I desired. Pleasure to speak to someone working from within the UK, which cannot be understated enough. Didn’t catch the chap’s name (and it wasn’t present in his email to me), but hat’s off to you and thank you!

I am very happy with the service

I am very happy with the service, but I have only given 4 stars. As I am disabled, and my husband finds it very difficult to read the meters, I have requested a smart meter many times, and I have still not received one.
