Option to change energy supplier
I have faith in M&S Energy supplying gas and electricity at reasonable rates even though prices are rising.
The promise that it is possible to change without penalty is reassuring when considering the best option.

I like the fact we are in control of our payments & can make any extra payments online or by telephone where staff are friendly & helpful.

I requested an update on my account balance and provided a new meter reading. Aman got back to me really quickly to let me know my balance and to confirm I could cancel the next direct debit payment as it would be covered by my balance. This really helped me out in a tight month - so much appreciated.

I have had an on going issue with my gas meter new build property. James took ownership of the issue and resolved in minutes what other have promised to do for months.

Staff are understanding, knowledgeable and helpful.
The only time in my life when I felt happy to pay my electricity bill, knowing the money will be (partly) used to fund future green energy projects around the UK.
