I signed up with Steve at the…

I signed up with Steve at the Washington m&s in October . So pleased I did . Lovely pleasant lad . As I was walking though thr Metrocentre today obviously all the price hikes had me worried . I spotted Steve and asked him if it would affect me . He reassured me my 2 year fixed rate would stop the massive price hikes . The team you have working there are just so lovely . Steve Gary and Cath you're a credit to your company . Had a few minutes chat with them and left smiling . Well done team . So pleased he stopped me that day

So glad I changed to M&S energy!

Changed to M&S energy last summer with a price fix until summer 2023. I’m so glad I did with the current situation. Gary at Meadowhall was great, gave us all the information we needed to make our decision to switch and the whole process was so easy.

If I had known how poor the customer…

If I had known how poor the customer service from Octopus / M and S Energy was going to be I would never have switched to them from my previous suppliers. Their response to queries and to formal complaints is appalling.

I can see that you contacted us in February to report an issue with us retrieving the readings from your smart meter, and with your IHD correctly showing your information.

Smart meters are great when they're working, but like any bit of technology they can have faults and it looks like in this case your smart meter has stopped pulling meter readings the last couple of months.

I can see that my colleague has requested our engineers visit your property to perform a power cycle, which is what's needed to try and get the meter to connect back up to our systems.

We're currently doing everything we can to get connected back up to your meter.

I'm sorry that the service you've experienced isn't at the very high levels we expect of ourselves. We'll continue to do everything we can to resolve this for you. In the meantime don't hesitate to get in touch if there's anything else we can do!

Difficult decisions

Disappointed that such a decision has to be taken.
Fortunate that we are able to afford increases of this quantity.

Impressive customer care service

I was most impressed with the customer service I received today from Lewis. He had an excellent customer care manner and managed to resolve an issue I had which was concerning me. I came away with total customer satisfaction which is rare nowadays and would certainly recommend using this company.

Excellent service

I had excellent customer service from James Smith when I rang for information about my power usage and the new tariffs/price cap.
M&S Energy has no irritating, lengthy menu options on the phone. A knowlegeable, helpful person answers quickly and deals with any questions. Customer service as it should be.

Transparency!

(I am using Octopus through M&S Energy). M&S could not have been more transparent about usage, tariffs etc. In a time of HUGE uncertainty, I am glad to still be with M&S.

Staying with trusted company- M and S energy

I have just signed up for a new fixed-rate with M and S energy- I have compared prices but I also do this because I trust the company to be fair to its customers even in the given 'fuel crisis' situation.
I have had trouble with a Smart Meter fitted before my M and S days and Bethany has kept track of my difficulties and kept in touch with me having arranged for a new meter to be fitted. This is really impressive customer service- thank you!

1st class service

Due to the prices going up in April. My monthly DD was going up by about £60 , so I contacted them asking if I could keep this the same as I'm paying. Danyaal quickly replied and explained what I had to do and he would keep my payments the same. No hassle what's so ever. They are always happy to help.

Happy customer in hard times

I have been with M&S Energy for over ten years and have been very pleased with what they offer. Sending in my monthly readings is also something I like as it helps to keep an accurate track of what I am using. I am happy to stick with them even though I have now come out of the Fixed Tariff and am on a variable one.
