I am huge and very old customer of Mango since so many years ago when I discovered Mango outlet last year I always ordered from them but like you all here the return policy is sucks so to avoid that most of the time I ordered items I already like it and try it on from MANGO.com also I can get an awesome discounted prices or even available size, to be honest you can’t beat mangooutlet prices for the designers styles and quite too, also happened to received defective items two times and order lost one time and the customer service was so helpful and nice they refunded all of them plus the return shipping fees too, pls Mango outlet don’t be like Zara (I hate them at this moment) and improve your return policy.

I was sent a handbag with two very obvious flaws on the front
I ordered two identical handbags, one in brown and one in black. The brown handbag was absolutely fine; however the black one had two very obvious marks on the clasp at the front of the bag which really glared me in the face as soon as I opened the package! Needless to say, I emailed Mango Outlet straight away with a very clear photograph of the faults, politely requesting a pre-paid returns label. I received a reply telling me they couldn’t do this and that I would have to pay for the return myself, then send the photo again with a copy of my Royal Mail receipt and they will then decide whether to reimburse my postage charge!! What a cheek … they can clearly see the flaws from the photo which their so-called “Quality Control” either missed (which I sincerely doubt), or chose to ignore as it was on sale. May I remind Mango Outlet that sale items by law must be in perfect condition, unless otherwise stated as a “second”, which this bag was most definitely not! By the way, the only reason I’ve given two stars rather than one is because the other bag was received in perfect condition.

Terrible service!!! The phone number they provide just go to nowhere. You cannot find anyone to talk and solve problem. Messaged Customer service 3 times, wait for 7-10 days then got irresponsible answer. They didn't remove ink tag before delivery and ask me to come to nearest store. I don't know if they have any store in WA! That's their job to remove ink tag before delivery not mine to find a store to remove it!!!
Inferior Quality
All clothing that I purchased was very poor quality. I wouldn't wear any of it. Customer service is non-existent. No one will help. And, I had to pay for the return shipping! Very disappointing retailer.

Scam company. Sent my items back for a refund a month ago, and was ignored on the contact mango outlet email. For a whole month.
The way you can get your money back? I finally contacted contact mango and they gave me my refund on the same day. They will attempt to reply to you on the mangooutlet email, but make sure you send your email response to both mango outlet email and mango email.

I paid a 20 pound return fee when returning a few products I bought from the Mango outlet. I don't think I will shop again. It was a very bad experience.
Useless return policy and team!
Normally I have a great experience however this time has been an utter disaster! I received my order last Friday (13th of Dec) and the shoes I received were completely different to the ones I ordered. I spoke to a very unhelpful live chat team member (Bruno) who informed me I need to pay to have the shoes delivered back to Mango and upon confirmation they were the wrong shoes I would receive a refund for the delivery costs along with the correct order sent to me! I requested a courier be organized my Mango and that I was happy to send a pic of the shoes along with someone else’s order from who had been included in mine! Bruno then pawned me off on another unhelpful member of staff (Jose D) who proceeded to copy and paste the same response to me over and over again.
I sent the shoe back at my own cost on Monday and sent a email complaint however have never received a response. I have since followed up again today as the wrong order has been received by Mango. After speaking to another team member on Live chat (Daniela) I have now been informed that I potentially have to wait a month to be reimbursed for the return delivery costs which was not my fault in the first place and what’s more infuriating is the shoes I had ordered and paid for are no longer in stock!
So I am currently out a pair of shoes I have paid for and a delivery cost. Very angry customer!!

I ordered clothes on Sunday, next week on Friday everything hast been delievered(Hessen, Germany). I dont understand why there's so much negative reviews. Everything was rapid, clothes quality is great. I ordered total winter look for only 100 Euro, including accessoires. Same puffer costs 100 Euro at Zalando Website, and at Outlet price was only 45! Mom jeans cost 8 Euro, at original mango website price was 45 Euro. Even if I had to wait 2 week for delivery, it's still worth it, cause you save a lot. Thank you, Mango Outlet!

Non-standard size
It took ages to get through and when I did, the assistant had poor English despite me speaking slowly and clearly.
I ordered 2 identical garments in XS (navy/caramel) and had already bought the same item in caramel XS a while ago. The navy XS was too small. I hoped to exchange it to get round paying postage but the advisor said there was no option/discount code to do so although it was their fault!
