This is disgusting. My sale completed and seller left positive feedback and vinted still holding onto my money. Both companies need to be closed down. Give me my money!!!

Feels like a scam when a company will take your money instantly but has 'issues' when it comes to paying you money. I'm guessing if/when this issue is resolved they won't be paying interest on the money that's been withheld? Also guessing they've been earning it on our money...

Wouldn’t even give 1 star…..thieves……once I get my earnings off Vinted I will never use Vinted again unless they change their payment platform!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely terrible that after 3/4 days of not being able to sort the issue out in regards to Vinted money!

My earning still saying they are pending!.Please fix problem.So I've put myself on holiday mode so no sales.

Thieves! Cannot withdraw my money from Vinted after having met all requirements of sales. Must be sued into oblivion. Disgusting company!

Vinted is unable to update my selling account or withdraw the money from it. If you still can pay for item you should be able to withdraw as well. This going for days now and its totally unacceptable!

3 days in and still waiting for my vinted money, never had an issue before but this time has been absolutely disgusting.

Vinted keep telling me to "be patient" with them, even though my buyers have confirmed everything is okay with their orders, I'm still waiting for payment. Vinted are quick to take the money from buyers though.

You wouldn't go to a supermarket and take items, make them wait 3 days for the payment of said items and still not pay them, all while telling them to be patient with you because you're having issues.

Absolute joke and will never use vinted again after this.

Shocking no updates from your or vinted robbing people of there own money sort it out. Why are you not updating customers i can see your reviews prove what an absolute joke you are

Have tried numerous times to draw my money. I'm a Vinted pro seller. I have over £1000 that I can't withdraw but can still pay for items from my connected bank account. I have repeatedly emailed Vinted. Repeatedly uploaded the various different correct documents to prove I'm a self employed sole trader and registered as such.

I am going to report you to the HMRC as the money you are withholding the money that I was going to pay my tax bill.

Ive sold item at some online service, but 2 weeks they dont send me money. Ive contact them, but they replayed, that this online service is not they parthner, really? Why in this case at my bank account they r mentioned as financial service by thom my money has been sent

If i will ask that online service vinted and mangopay works together to steal money?

Another PEP form. I have a small balance on Vinted. Was asked to upload my DL and then print off, sign and then send back as an image a PEP form to confirm I am not a politically exposed person in a high ranking position. Its £90 than i'm trying to get out of Vinted after selling a jacket!

I cannot verify vinted account as i have health issues which prevent me having a driving license and have additional that stops me every wanting a passport ,I paid 60 ,getting a UK id card ,but surprise surprise that dont accept in UK, although they are quiet happy to buy stuff without any verification

Every day they hold our money they make millions , I just advise everyone to make more videos about it and be vocal how Mangopay is scaming trough Vinted maybe one day some managers will realize that people are really pissed and don't want to use services that have this parasite in their payment method, I stopped using vinted and advise others to also show that people matters more than greedy scamming corporations .

I am extremely disappointed with Mangopay’s handling of my case.

On 19 July 2025, I transferred 12,133 EUR from my N26 account to the IBAN provided by Expatrio for my German student visa blocked account. The IBAN and payment reference were correct, but I mistakenly entered the wrong beneficiary name.

N26 confirmed that the money left my account successfully and even provided me with the official payment proof.

Expatrio confirmed that they did not receive the funds.

This means the money is currently with Mangopay.

For more than 40 days, the funds have been stuck. I contacted Mangopay directly several times, but the replies were unhelpful. N26 has already sent a recall request, but Mangopay has not responded.

⚠️ This amount is extremely important for me: it represents my one-year blocked account deposit required for my German student visa, and it is more than my father’s annual salary. The fact that such a large sum is blocked without any transparent communication or solution is unacceptable.

I kindly request Mangopay to urgently review this case and either:

Return the funds to my N26 account.

This is a matter of my education and future, and I expect Mangopay to take responsibility and act without further delay.

I am fully prepared to provide all transaction details (IBAN, transaction ID, payment reference, proof of transfer, etc.) immediately, if Mangopay requires them in order to resolve this case.

Scamers. They want you to pay for not using an account. They could just delete it after a while but no, they prefer to steal your cash
