Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service. Replies and return calls promptly. Very patient and accommodating with all my inquiries. Knowledgeable and knows the products very well. Detailed and patient in explaining the insurance coverage. He made sure that we understand the details of our insurance. I highly recommend Mango Tours because of the assistance of Ryan S. I also got our tickets from him previously. We bought 3 tickets. He never got tired of my slow decision making. I definitely admire his patience and good sense of customer service. On our next trip, I will definitely ask for Ryan's assistance for our booking and travel insurance. I'm sometimes a difficult customer but he passed my standard.
