Great priced product. But no instructions for assembly.
I wrote and was told "Unfortunately we don't currently produce instructions for our scenery as they're designed to be modular to some extent people can create whatever they want.
There are quite a few guides on YouTube (including the Terrain Tutor) about how to build the sets but nothing official, I'm afraid :( "
This seems to me like, we cant be bothered helping or supporting. Go some where else for help?

With our 'battlezones' terrain sets (now rebranded as 'Terrain Crate), they are indeed a collection of totally modular components that can be built freely into what you invent - whether it's an oil rig, skyscraper, or a city block. Those sets were always designed with that in mind, rather than a kit that can only be built a certain way. I hope you were able to build a terrain piece that you have enjoyed. Speedy, the highest quality figures, excellent affordable pricing for the quality, and so many vast and detailed ranges of full game systems you’ll always find something to rival and quite honestly surpass their rival - Games Workshop. The high energy campaign and positivity that flows from this company make them a joy to support and follow and they’re letting their excellent products do all the talking. One of the best around.

Terrible company
Terrible company, terrible service, and terrible people. ~ 5 years to payback ~$800 order they screwed up.
They charged me ~ twenty dollars to transfer me my money that they owed me and promised I would not be charged.
They are cheap in everything they do including their customer service. Lots of "Sorry" but short on action to fix issues.
Then they offer insulting courses of action - they benefit from - not the customer.
These guys are $$ Klowns to be avoided. Go to Games Workshop or Warlord - not these guys. Better still find an Independent Company to buy from.
5 Transactions with these guys - three were bad. NEVER AGAIN!

Good service, good prices
Ordered a couple of starter sets for their Kings of War game. Value for money was very good, and it was delivered within the couple of days specified. The boxes were very well packed. Excellent.

Long customer service response
I made an order which I tried to cancel. Made a call to customer service and was told to make a ticket because apparently he couldn't cancel the order over the phone. He would then look for it so it would be cancelled.
Well.. I got my order since it took them longer to respond on the ticket than for order to go through, being shipped to DK and delivered at my adress.
TL:DR Shipping was delivered as promised within 5-10days to EU, product is fine, but customer service respond time is way off

Wargaming on the cheap.
Cheap war gaming figures for sci-fi and fantasy games. Excellent with deliveries, usually turn up in a few days, easy to spend loads on the site as stuff is cheap but of good quality.
Few niggles on the website but am sure these will be ironed out as company grows.
