I used her CBT training over 2 years ago. Kelly is incredibly rude and has a complete lack of understanding. I went with my good friend on the 17 April 2021. I had recently completed my MOD1 and MOD2 at Herne bay test centre. Kelly approaches me and my friend waiting for our MOD1 she then makes remarks on my personal appearance and she made comments implying my sexuality.
AVOID !
Kelly will blatantly lie about any negative reviews. Do not trust

Unique and Positive Experience
Kelly at Mantis Motorcycle Training is honestly amazing! She’s not only the most talented rider I’ve ever met, but she also makes every lesson fun and positive. You can really tell she cares about helping you pass- she’ll even find test centres further away and leave at 6am just to give you the best chance. Kelly is fantastic with people and makes learning to ride such a great experience. Highly recommend!

Avoid. Extremely rude to customers
They Cancelled my step sons cbt and when I asked for a refund i was refused, the lady is extremely rude, I would avoid this company. She put the phone down on me, disgusting customer service. Now booked with kent motorcycles which is a much more professional company.

Incredibly rude women, I worked for the DVSA and enquired about the service history of there motorcycles due to having issues in the past to be called back and told that I was insinuating that they weren't maintained. this company raises suspicions about how they operate. Judging by there bad attitude I can't imagine there vehicles are kept to a high standard. I will be informing all bikers in Kent to avoid this company and there sons too. Atrocious

Great experience
After years of wanting to get my bike license, I’ve taken the first step from complete novice and did my CBT with Kelly. Kelly is funny and helpful and not once made me feel stupid or inadequate for making mistakes. Her explanations are concise and effective, and makes sense. I tended to tense up due to it being a new experience but soon relaxed and felt amazing. We had laughs all through the day and a whoopsie ( you’ll be told about it for sure lol ) but applied the little knowledge I had and braved it and made it in the end. Would definitely be back and recommend. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE MOST RECENT HIGHWAY CODE BOOK!
