not as light and smooth as hoped
Delivery was swift. I was very surprised that the cream (spf30), though initially it felt light and easy to apply, as reviewers said, as I continued to smooth it in to my skin, it seemed to become stickier and didn't feel as nice as expected (I wasn't using too much!). I haven't used it long enough to know how effective it is, so can't comment on that. It may still be very good, but this is my first impression.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I purchased 4 jars of Manuka honey with the intention of sending them overseas as gifts. When the order arrived, all jars with less than a year of shelf life. While I understand that honey remains safe beyond its best before date, however my concern is about enjoying the product at its peak quality. I believe customers purchasing premium Manuka honey should be informed when stock has a relatively short remaining shelf life.
In addition, the jars did not have the certified sticker on the lids to confirm they are “Tested Certified Manuka”
When I raised these concerns, I was told I could return the products at my own postage cost. I find this unacceptable and very poor customer service. I expected better quality control and more reasonable solution.
Please don’t market yourselves as a premium honey company if this is the level of product quality and customer care provided. What a shame.
