I left a review already that the job was not finished after the move. I got someone to look at our ottoman bed now to try "get the job finished" and the reason they never came back (and ignoring my messages following the move) was they actually broke the ottoman bed (spring part) and they never told us. This is not great from the team at Man with Van London and we are very disappointed that this was not communicated and obviously didnt admit fault.

Excellent service, both from Dylan in the office, as from Danny, Salim & Ali - moving team.
Very competitive price, no hidden or extra charges. The team moved my belongings to a storage facility, and then to my new flat few weeks later. Very efficient team, they were careful with my belongings, really quick, and incredibly friendly. I could not recommend this company enough, and will certainly be using their services in the future. Thank you for making the move less stressful for me!

Danny and his team were a calming presence to a hectic move. They didn’t rush to ensure they looked after furniture. Very pragmatic and flexible to my needs. Would recommend.

Worst experience ever!

This company threatens and bullies it’s customers. Dylan is extremely rude. I was harassed by this company whilst in transit from the pick up location to the drop off location, because they expected me to transfer payment before delivery of my items, despite failing to advise they required immediate payment during confirmation of the booking/payment method. I was under the impression that I paid upon delivery of my goods. My driver was careless and complained for most of the job. How can you have a moving company but not come with a moving trolley??? Absolutely not the service I was promised and I have aches all over my body from having to carry heavy loads because the driver did not have a trolley that the items could be pushed with. When I refused to tip the driver (after already spending £500), he looked angry. The company seems extremely money hungry. They don’t care about keeping your belongings safe or giving you a good service. I am disgusted by the experience that I had. The positive reviews on their page seem, in my opinion, as though they are not authentic. Would rate 0 stars if I could!

It was very easy to book everything online, and Dylan responded really quickly, also accommodating a change of date. Danny and Adam were amazing: they arrived exactly on time, very nice and polite, and they made everything hassle free, taking care of my items and of both buildings. They were also very quick, and in a couple of hours I was happily in my new place.

The booking process was really easy. Our removal men and van arrived early. They were really efficient and helpful. They didn’t rush off and waited until absolutely everything was done. So glad we booked them. Would highly recommend.

Lewis was absolutely fantastic. He was quick to respond, arrived on time, and the rate was very reasonable. He took care with the furniture, and was helpful the whole way through. I would defintiely reccomend him!

Exactly what i needed provided a transport solution within 2hrs as promised did the delivery before 5pm. 5 star would recommend to anyone needing a good cheap service.

Booked for 2 hours, the driver is late and could not find the way to the destination. Had 20 mins over time, the driver insist I must may for a whole hour. Very disappointing service, very rude people!
