Quality Ball Caps at a good value and the embroidery looks great!

We were ordering a gift to give all our clients at a large event we were hosting so there was a lot of pressure to find something that would impress our attendees and my bosses. We settled on a custom lunchbox. The initial contact didn't go very smooth (no response to order submitted on website, had to call and was told to email order info) but they were able to accommodate our deadline. Again the communication is a bit lacking. I didn't receive any shipping confirmation or tracking. In the end though the product arrived on time, looked even better than we imagined and our attendees were impressed. We had several comments on how unique and fun the lunch box was. Overall happy customers, just a few small things to improve.

I have request a couple of time to get my proof. After receiving one with just my logo I am still waiting to get one with my name and contact information. I have requested the proof a couple of times and I am still waiting.

My calendars were printed incorrectly. The customer service handled it very quickly and professionally and agreed to reprint. I was disappointed that it took 2 weeks for the reprint. I would have expected the correction order to go straight to the front of the line.

I ordered 3 scents, I received 2. I asked if it was possible to pay for all samples of the air freshener scents and was denied.

I have used Maple Leaf Promotions for my Custom Desktop Calendars for years now. Nelinda always manages my order and does a wonderful job. The calendars always arrive on time and look great. Just placed my order for 2018 versions. I'll be back next year.

I ordered 100 thermo tumblers with a logo imprinted on each. My experience was good up until they arrived and I find out how tiny the logo is. Why anyone would print a logo that is half inch by half inch on a tumbler that has space for a logo 5 times the size is beyond me.... one look should tell any intelligent person this is not what I would want.

I got wrong product sent to me. It did not match the picture.

The cards I ordered were done as I had requested. The card quality is good.
