I would rate Zero if I could.
We've never asked to have anything to do with this awful company. They have randomly posted our details but got our address completely incorrect.
We are having clients go to a non existent address ie we are losing money as a result of the misinformation this company is posting. They seem completely uncontactable and unaccountable.

MapQuest is VERY undependable. We have owned a business for 13 yrs with MapQuest info being COMPLETELY wrong. Made several attempts requesting the info to be changed and they will not do it. We have phone calls daily calling us because they think we are a veterinarian when we are a feedstore. Address incorrect and more.

I am old, so I do not deal with fancy phone apps for directions. Give me written directions, turn by turn, with exit numbers and other details. This used to be Mapquest. This time I gave up without even reaching the "enter your destination" bar, so got NO directions at all. I couldn't navigate through the adds. There was a Get Directions option, but it did nothing. Beyond awful--too bad 0 stars isn't a thing!

Mapquest has become a piece of shit to try and find a direction to a destination. Unable to print what it does give you, and it very inaccurate. Give it up, Mapquest!

Terribly out of date. They refuse to remove my business listing even though it has been dissolved for 14 years now. It only serves to open me up to spam callers. Not happy with this outdated service at all. I’ve requested numerous times that they remove me and still my past business is still listed. They are no longer valid.

Remove my home address from your page. I have a business location and people are coming to my house because of you. Remove my address!
I filled out your request form months ago.

MapQuest is the worst. Through a third party app MapQuest somehow got my home address and put it on their website under my business name sending people to my house. Every time I call customer service and it tells me to press one two or three on my phone to get help with my problem, it just sends me right back to the previous messaging system. For example, if it says press one for this I press it then, it says press 1 2 or 3 for help, I'll press two and it'll automatically bring me right back to one and it shuffles you back and forth. If you do get it to ring, a computer answers, asks for your name and then dead silence. They never answer the phone. I have written them several times and still no response and my address is still listed on their navigation system. Now I have to pay Google $100 to become part of a program that will take this off of MapQuest. Extremely unhappy be careful of third party apps and never use MapQuest

Worst experience… they provide inaccurate information and don't react when you tell them

Convoluted and Confusing. You can't understand or know what to do now to pring simple instructions. You click this and enter data, but it doesn't provide anything. You must incessantly click on your destination text again and again as it appears, and finally you might get some instructions. When you click directions, it should provide the from and to boxes and let you enter data. Once you do, the instrictions should come up. Whoever destroyed the website is what is wrong with America today.

THEY HAVE US LISTED AS CLOSED AND NOT ONE OTHER PLATFORM HAS US AS CLOSED. WHEN I TRIED TO FIX IT THEY REQUESTED MONEY. PUTTING OUT WRONG INFORMATION THEN ASKING FOR MONEY TO FIX IT . WOW

Mapquest is horrible! Contacted 10 plus times about inaccurate business listing and they still do nothing! Company sucks

MAPQUEST is a Joke they have published My company's phone number wrong and there is no way to contact them, it has been 10+ years like this, I Don't know what to do. Inaccurate business listing. I requested a change 10 times and nothing. My business listing is still wrong. Total scam.

Mapquest has a false review listed on my business by no other than a competitor. lol.

It does t matter if your local or traveling, Mapquest ALWAYS fails.

I used to be able to use MapQuest to get driving directions from one place to another. All I had to do was enter my starting and destination addresses. I can no longer do that. I get invasive ads and no directions. What happened to MapQuest?

Mapquest is pathetic. They have the wrong information about my business page and location. When I message them they say to contact someone else. Mapquest has no customer service to help. They have no control over making changes to anything.
