ordered a piece of furniture from them that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, it's been 9 days since I ordered and I didn't receive any details, no follow-up and customer service are deplorable I would like to be delivered on timeC’est

Fraud website. No items purchased existed. I requested picking up items, did not provide delivery address, as I live nearby. Then they claim items were delivered. When I said that I did not provide delivery address and requested picking up, they asked me to pick items up that weekend. No such business exists in that address. Chasing for refund leads to nothing either. Police report filed.

Bad service.

Totaly unprofessional, doesn't delivery, doesn't reumburse, doesn't reply to messages or phone, complain made at the police, absolutely scamers !

Don't buy here!!! I have never been treated so badly. Stringed along for 3 weeks, the product was never delivered. New promises were made repeatedly about a new delivery date, up to 6 times (!). Never delivered, never an apology. My messages and phone calls go unanswered. I would NEVER buy anything from this company. Definitely not recommended. In the end, I just cancelled the order. Beware future buyers, this is not a reliable company!

DO NOT BUY HERE, they deliver wrong products when they even deliver. And when you contact them they do not pick up and do nothing to solve the problem. Be warned.

Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and distressing experience — women, please be warned

My experience with Marble and Wood (Deluxe Floors & Doors BV) and Mr Bayram Tatli was one of the worst I’ve ever had. What was promised as “hotel chic” quality turned into a stressful, unsafe, and deeply disappointing situation for me and my children.

After my first complaint, the police had to get involved and the company promised to come back and fix everything. Mr Tatli’s friend came to mediate and personally promised me and the police that they would send new, professional workers to correct everything. But instead, they sent the same man, Zahir, back — even though I had repeatedly said it was better not to let him continue doing things he clearly didn’t know how to do. He prolonged the work unnecessarily, kept doing everything messy, and left many areas unfinished. Some places were filled with kit, others had no filling at all, allowing water to get in.

I realised that the only real solution in the future will be to remove everything completely and hire a proper professional company with experience to redo it — which will cost me a lot to repair. A construction expert told me that the PVC they used is very poor quality and will start to discolor and tear within a few years. When I asked for the warranty, Mr Tatli refused to provide it.

Every time I tried to discuss the issues, he would deflect the conversation and start an argument, which was extremely strange and stressful. He even verbally attacked me and called me names simply because I have cameras in and outside my home — the same cameras that can prove everything that happened and expose the lies. The worker also left Western Union and Ria transfer papers and hotel information in my home, which he used to write his incorrect measurements on. It was shocking and completely disrespectful.

The company continues to mislead customers online with videos and photos that appear heavily edited — possibly with Photoshop, videography tricks, or AI — to make their work look perfect. My own photos and videos prove the opposite: poor quality, bad materials, and unprofessional workmanship.

This entire experience has been a nightmare for me and my family. I especially want to warn other women: I felt intimidated, disrespected, and constantly blamed when I only asked for what was right. Please think twice before trusting this company.

Zeer onprofessioneel, oneerlijk en stressvol bedrijf — vooral vrouwen, wees gewaarschuwd

Mijn ervaring met Marble and Wood (Deluxe Floors & Doors BV) en de heer Bayram Tatli was een van de slechtste ooit. Wat werd beloofd als “hotel chique” kwaliteit veranderde in een stressvolle, onveilige en teleurstellende situatie voor mij en mijn kinderen.

Na mijn eerste klacht moest de politie tussenkomen, en het bedrijf beloofde terug te komen om alles te herstellen. De vriend van de heer Tatli kwam om te bemiddelen en beloofde mij en de politie persoonlijk dat ze nieuwe, professionele werknemers zouden sturen om alles te herstellen. In plaats daarvan stuurden ze echter dezelfde man, Zahir, terug — terwijl ik herhaaldelijk had aangegeven dat hij beter niet verder kon werken aan dingen die hij duidelijk niet wist hoe te doen. Hij rekte het werk onnodig uit, werkte slordig en liet veel plekken onafgemaakt. Sommige delen waren gevuld met kit, andere helemaal niet, waardoor water naar binnen kan komen.

Ik besefte dat de enige echte oplossing in de toekomst zal zijn om alles volledig te verwijderen en een professioneel bedrijf met ervaring in te huren om het opnieuw te doen — wat mij veel geld zal kosten om te repareren. Een bouwexpert vertelde mij dat het gebruikte PVC van zeer slechte kwaliteit is en binnen een paar jaar zal verkleuren en scheuren. Toen ik om de garantie vroeg, weigerde de heer Tatli die te geven.

Elke keer dat ik probeerde de problemen te bespreken, week hij uit en begon een discussie, wat erg vreemd en stressvol was. De werknemer liet ook Western Union- en Ria-papieren en hotelinformatie in mijn huis achter, die hij gebruikte om zijn verkeerde metingen op te schrijven. Dat was schokkend en respectloos tegenover mijn woning.

Het bedrijf blijft klanten misleiden met foto’s en video’s die zwaar bewerkt lijken — mogelijk met Photoshop, videobewerking of zelfs AI — om het werk er perfect uit te laten zien. Mijn eigen foto’s en video’s bewijzen het tegendeel: slechte kwaliteit, goedkope materialen en onprofessioneel werk.

Deze hele ervaring was een nachtmerrie voor mij en mijn gezin. Ik wil vooral andere vrouwen waarschuwen: ik voelde mij geïntimideerd, respectloos behandeld en steeds de schuld gegeven terwijl ik alleen vroeg om eerlijkheid en goed werk. Denk twee keer na voordat u dit bedrijf vertrouwt.
