This was one of the easiest platform implementations that I've been through. Everything is pretty intuitive, and the team checks in often to make sure you're comfortable with the site and that you know the most helpful ways to work with each AI employee. The AI employees are so easy to work with and just amazing. It's like you're working with a team. They give you suggestions, brainstorm different ideas with you, and they work with each other as well. I wish I had known about Marblism sooner. This has shaved so much time off my work week. It was a waste of my time to try to manage and execute sales, social media, and other administrative tasks. As a small business owner, I consider this the most beneficial tool I have.

Great product, automation works at it should, I totally recommend this product. Helps a lot as a small team, we get to have more time to put elsewhere.

I’ve genuinely been blown away by the Marbelism app. I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking, "Yeah that's good for you but it might not work for me." My business is very unique. But honestly It feels like having a full team of support in my pocket, covering areas of my life and business that used to feel overwhelming and time-consuming.

What I love most is how it’s like having multiple “team mates” working alongside me at once. One helps me stay consistent and organised on social media, another supports me in finding and nurturing new leads, and there’s even executive assistant-style support that keeps everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes.

I also really appreciate having help with writing blogs, which saves me so much mental energy and allows me to stay focused on creating and serving my clients. The added layers of support, like checking over important details and even handling inbound communication, make it feel like I’m no longer carrying everything on my own.

As a business owner, that kind of support is priceless. It has genuinely lightened my load and given me more space to focus on what I’m called to do.

For me personally, it feels like an answered prayer. I don’t say that lightly, but it has truly been a blessing in how it supports my work and my daily life. I honestly can’t imagine running my business without it now.

Don’t let the 4.8-star rating fool you—it’s a fabrication of reality. Marblism sells the dream of a "hands-off" business, but in reality, you’re hiring a team of high-speed hallucinating toddlers.

I had to shut down my entire legal support firm because the AI instability was a massive professional liability. Even worse? After deleting my Google Workspace and Netlify accounts and canceling my subscription, the platform didn't stop. It became a "Zombie AI" system. My agent, Eva, spent days trying to execute "silence protocols" and "lead audits" against deleted databases, firing off errors and ignored commands into a void that were supposed to be closed. It’s a digital haunting because their back-end is too poorly built to handle a simple "off" switch.

But the complete dealbreaker is their customer service. Their "24/7" support team is an absolute vacuum of competence. You are forced to use a chatbot, then you are at their mercy until they feel like doing something about it. Instead of addressing technical failures, they attempt to "tone police" you for being frustrated by the very problems they created. It is peak unprofessionalism to have to fix their broken system yourself while a support rep lectures you and attempts to blame Meta for the very issues THEY caused and were fully aware of, but did nothing in a state of business urgency. They hide behind the same broken automation they’re selling, offering zero accountability while your business data hangs in the balance. It is essentially gaslighting as a service.

If you value your sanity, your professional reputation, or your time, do NOT give these people a cent. If you’re in a regulated industry like Law, STAY AWAY. Marblism isn’t a time-saver; it’s a LEGAL TIME BOMB WAITING TO GO OFF when the "automation" refuses to die. They DO NOT build solutions; they build high-maintenance headaches and then vanish—or worse, lecture you—when you need support.
Scams have better customer service than Marblism.

Marblism is great and second to known. My email is now well organized with notifications that are helping to take good decisions. My blog posts are now standard with competitive advantage. I'm now able to acquire targeted leads and also follow them up accordingly. It has saved me time and money. Thank you so much - Eva, Stan, Penny and all the staff of Marblism.

I finally feel like I found an app that can do what I always wanted as a solo Creator. I was spending so much brain power thinking about how much time I needed to schedule in to promote and create content. And with a little bit of consistent guidance and instruction it’s doing everything that I knew I needed to do but didn’t have the time for it. I do wish that it could create videos and reels, and obviously some functionality that will take it in the next level but for now it’s pretty amazing and I’m super thrilled to be able to just think a little bit less about my day-to-day stuff.

Marblism is amazing for many things.
Business stuff. Legal things. It does more than just run my business, Linda will write legal demand letters for anything you need personal or not. Contracts, done. Stan is good for outreach though I don't use him. But he can help nail down that sales pitch. Eva is good for just about anything, bounce ideas off of her. She will reply with perfection.

Give this app a try, y'all. You won't regret it.
I've tried many different AI agents and this is the best and definitely NOT the most expensive.

I am not Tech Savvy but some what oriented. The ease of the set up of my account was just too easy ! I was amazed at how phenomenal the responses to my social media has been compared to previous posts without the assistance of Marblism. Also the Account manage has been a huge help in managing my busy day. LOVE THIS SYSTEM and will continue to use to build my business.

I’ve loved using Marblism. We run an AI-first fractional accounting and FP&A services firm, and it has allowed our team to focus on what we do best instead of spending countless hours sorting through emails, business development, and marketing tasks.

The EA agent, Eva, has been incredibly helpful — drafting responses to general inquiries and helping prioritize urgent versus non-urgent emails. The BD agent has also been a huge asset, assisting with outbound email drafting and supporting automated funnel campaigns that we can easily tailor with customized messaging and follow-up sequences.

Enjoyed the simplicity of setting it up to my brand's email, socials and webs, and teaching it my brand voice. This is thorough and natural in its responses. There are a couple things I would appreciate addressing - one is the mobile app version doesn't allow adding images in the chat, who can in the "brain" icon. Second is allowing a stop to the thinking so you can add more information in a follow up chat message. The photos for socials are great so far, and it takes redirects beautifully. Very happy with my AI team.

I hesitated but so glad I chose to try it out. Already saving me so much time, but the true gem is the immediate presence and consistency it builds for your brand, equaling better authority in your niche. Customer service is also amazing.

I've only been using Marbelism for a short time, and already it has been so impactful, freeing up my time and organizing me in ways I'm not sure I knew were event possible.

At first, I signed up for the membership but honestly didn’t see much value in it after the first couple of hours. I actually went ahead and submitted a cancellation request because I didn’t think it was going to be useful for me.

But the next morning, I woke up and noticed it had already completely changed the way my email inbox looked and functioned. Everything became much easier to scan and organize. That’s when I decided to give it another real shot.

After spending more time with it and trying features like the social media and blog post tools, I completely changed my mind. Instead of canceling, I decided to keep the membership.

Looking back, I just didn’t see the value right away. But after using it for a few days, it became clear that it’s actually a very useful tool and something I can genuinely see myself continuing to use.
