Marblism has been a game changer, coming from Sintra. Yes, there are a few features lacking, but Marblism more than makes up for it in other ways. The speed and accuracy are amazing, and the social media manager is my favorite part. The posts really reflect the company voice and they are easy to schedule and edit. I can't believe just how much this app has changed my life. I really have "people" working for me and getting things done behind the scenes so that I can focus on the person-to-person aspects of my business. I have been reluctant to use AI, but now my mind has changed. This is a very solid software
This is a very solid software. You definitely need a few weeks to a month to fully get the feel of it, and understand its strengths and its glaring holes/weaknesses.
At first use, I was ready to give this a 4.5 to 5. It handles tasks that can be extremely time consuming for solo-preneurs or very small teams. But after two months, I can fairly give this a 3—solid but not as exceptional as I thought in the beginning.
Once you get into it, you find glitches that come up at the most inopportune times. Stan (sales associate) tries to find leads, but he often runs into two issues: he says the “system won’t let him add it” for whatever reason or he disregards the parameters and just pulls “leads” from unrelated industries. I had to stop him from auto-sending because I was getting replies for meetings from people I had no interest in meeting with. Now, I let him source them, but I have to approve everything before it’s added to the sequence to send outreach.
Also, he can only send one email template, which can severely limit the sequence by making the customization of emails to different leads extremely one dimensional.
For social media, I wish the agents abilities were be more customizable. For instance, I prefer reels but this can only make posts.
Blogger agent is solid, but can also be forgetful at times.
Overall, this is a very solid platform, especially for simple businesses and tasks, but for more complex operations, this hits a ceiling fast.
(UPDATE)
My original 3 stars is bumped to 4 now because I met with one of Marblism's reps—a call that lasted about 45-mins. I shared my screen and she guided me through a fairly simple process to reset some of Stan's filters so he's more focused on the tasks of gathering the specific leads that I need. Apparently, he was getting confused by overlapping information (my words, not the rep's). Either way, I basically cleaned his memory and started over, so that he can give better leads.
Also, since I started using this in February, they've updated the service to include a "brain," which helps the agent comprehend more than he used to. So, it looks like he's "thinking" with more precision than before.

Regarding Stan: The "unrelated industry" issue and the system blocking leads are usually due to a "Filter Conflict" in his logic, something our support team can usually smooth out in a few minutes. We also hear you on the sequence limit and the need for Social Media Reels; the video feature is one of our most requested upgrades and we're testing it to ensure we're giving our users a high quality solution.

Hidden Fees
I want to give this higher rating because Marblism does have a nice layout experience that lets you get straight to doing work.
But I found out to get the full experience of all 6 workers that it cost more than the base subscription. On top of the base subscription for leads and receptionist you have to pay another $29 for each a month but they don't tell you up front which is extra $60 a month on top.
Their customer support is better than other AI platforms but hidden fees is not good.

Every Marblism plan includes all 6 agents, and they are fully functional from day one. You don't need to upgrade to have a working Social Media Manager, Receptionist, or Sales Associate. However, like any employee, each agent has a standard "output capacity" included in the standard subscription.
We offer higher capacities for users who need to scale their volume significantly, but these upgrades are entirely optional and based on individual business needs. That said, we hear you, transparency is key. Based on your feedback, we are adding more detailed information to our website to make these capacity limits and scaling options much clearer before sign-up.
Our Onboarding Manager has reached out to you via email to ensure your current agents are performing at their full included capacity for you.
