quick no hassle service!
i bought a pair of jeans but i bought the wrong size, the process of sending them back and getting a replacement took a total of 3 days! very quick, no hassles, really cant fault the service at all.

Excellent service and quality items
The jeans were sent out promptly and arrived the next day. Very impressed wit the service and the quality of the items that I have ordered/bought.
The returns service is also excellent.
I will definately be buying more from Marbu in the future.

Using the 'wear it' function means that clothes always fit and there is no need for returns!
All in all an excellent online shopping service that I would highly recommend.

top quality clothing with top quality customer service better than any other site i have used
I recently came accross Marbu via google and i'm so pleased i did not only do they have a great range of clothing at unbeatable prices but the "wear it" interactive option is a great way of seeing if the items fit before purchasing.
It took me a little while to understand that "comfortable fit" for me was still a little too tight, lol but i am now getting to grips with it.
I had to return several items due to my own fault and Marbu were more than happy to exchange the goods and refund my postage costs which is exceptional service even though i offered to pay the costs due to it being my fault.
communication is excellent and i will continue to shop with them
