My Marc Fisher shoes were safely stored in their box in my bedroom closet. When I went to wear them, they were deteriorated and cracked beyond repair.

When I reached out to Marc Fisher customer services, I was told that my issue was with Macy’s, where they were purchased, which is both irresponsible and ridiculous! I would love to include photos, which are astonishing!

I just purchased a pair of shoe. I called customer services for a price adjustment where I just received the shoe. It tooks the customer service person thirty minutes to say they could not give me an adjustment . I will never buy a pair of shoe from them anymore.

Ordered shoes a month ago. When I try to track order it just says “ ready to ship” HORRIBLE customer service- they dont respond to numerous e-mails. Finally I called and talked to someone-they said they would credit my visa card. Shortly after this I get an email saying all they can do is issue a gift card- cause they cannot “ fulfill my order” - yea right- like I want to do business with this awful company

This company is absolutely awful. I ordered a pair of boots and it took 3 weeks to deliver. UPS then delivered to the wrong location and I never received my boots. Marc Fisher wouldn't do anything about it - horrible customer service and I asked to escalate to a manager who basically said "too bad." So I'm now out $150. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

This company is a scam!!!! Presented on Facebook as Hunter Boot company!! Got pair of navy blue heels in the mail that my dead grandma wouldn’t wear. I ordered and paid for a pair of Hunter Boots.

I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Stay away from this company.

Don’t waist your time and money!!!!

Bought booties, wore them 3-4x in good weather conditions and heel fell off. Marc Fisher will not respond to 2 emails I sent over the course of 2 months nor follow up with a comment I made on their instagram. They don't care about their customers and they don't care about the quality of their shoes. Avoid them.

This was the first time I wrote a review for anything in the entire life and I’m more than half a century. I bought Marc Fisher shoes about 3 months ago and wore them 2-3 times this summer (2023). On the left shoe the strap fell apart. I contacted MF but they said there’s nothing they could do since it’s already 3 months. I have shoes that I bought from 15 years ago and still fine. I was out of the country so I couldn’t return them to DSW. They couldn’t do an exchange with quality control reason because I bought them from the 3rd party. However, the quality control came from their factory not from DSW. I just wanted my left shoe to be replaced not the pair. They do not stand behind their products. I will never buy products like that.

Customer service is pure garbage. I placed an order, they "refunded" one of the pairs of shoes. I got an email notification of the "refund" and got concerned - I never asked for a refund. So I call and a completely uninterested customer service rep tells me "oh just check back on the site periodically and you can order it again." Okay - so I did check the site. It was available. So I ordered it. Then you refunded it because it wasn't available. How do I know this won't happen again?

The customer service representative refused to let me address my concern to a manager. I asked can one at least all me back? "We don't make outbound calls."

Such a terrible and stressful experience. Don't order shoes from them. They are cheap, break after a couple of days of wearing them. Pure garbage.

Good shoes but you need to take them to shoe shop. I bought these leather ballet flats . In a few days, the strap broke , material used for very thin. So I went to shoe shop , repair them they are not a good brand , constantly needing to go out to repair shoes is not good. Since I can’t find other similar style , I have no choice to buy and make the shoes that I want .
