High quality, great design and wonderful presentation.
These earrings have become my favorites.

MB does not care about their customers. They claim their artisians cannot fix the ring because its discontinued yet a local jewler offered to fix. Terrible quality for such a high end product.

Lovely Jaipur earrings but can't be worn as both veer to the left so one is flat to yiur face and the other faces straight on.
Supposedly corrected by MB in Italy, issue is still there.
Nearly £2k for a pair of earrings which can't be worn and are only fit for scrap as they can't be straightened at jewellers as they may snap.
Sadly wouldn't buy from this brand again.

Marco Bicego coil bracelets
Now 3 of these expensive pieces have broken - they would kindly repair it at my expense with a gold reinforcement added to „try and stop it happening again“. There is a fault in the design at the point it twists on and off the wrist and it finally breaks. What a con! Don’t be fooled by the glossy artisan adverts. Very poor. However, they have now agreed to mend the bangle for free - how kind is that! Thankyou MarcoBicego - it is such a lovely bracelet and I can’t wait to be able to wear it again and have it back in my collection ❤️

Made an enquiry via their website contact form and separately via email. No response to either.

Dreadful customer service. My husband buys me a Bicego piece for anniversaries and this last ring from 2 years ago just snapped. Contacted Bicego got a 'we don't really care' sort of email with a DEAD link to retailers who could fix it.Emailed back saying the link was dead and never heard again. Never again.

I found the most beautiful bracelet, from Marco Bicego on my holiday in Alicante Spain. I wasn’t able to buy it, but could not forget it. My daughter was on holiday in Venizia and I found Marco Bicego Venizia on the internet. I called and spoke to the most friendly and nicest women. She was extremely helpful and found my bracelet Paradise and kept it until my daughter came and bought it.

Fantastic jewelry ranges.
Particularly liked Lunar and Jaipur collections. But those pure gold and precious stones earrings must be worn stacked - I think minimum three.
I managed to scramble the pennies only for one:) and almost bought amethyst & citrine boucles d’oreille mais ma Mère m’a arrêté (c’est-à-dire toujours une phase d’hypomanie bipolaire) et un plus notre bateau au lac Como en Italie devait partir pour nous amener au Milano. En visitant le Lac de Como passer s’il vous plaît mes compliments sincères à George Clooney et sa femme avocat.
