To make a long story short, i played on the danish casino and i ran into a slot that has huge and serious errors, in short a hero walks across the screen and fight monsters, winning those battles will give you a funktion once theres no more wins.

One of those funktions are 10 random wilds that drops down on the wheels and in many many cases it dosent pay those 10 wilds out, meaning your hero can be standing right infront of bonus gate missing just a single wild to enter and it can land anywhere around the hero in one of the 8 squares so around him, which gives you a decent chance of getting the bonus.

So when the slot DOSENT give you the funktion aka 10 wilds its a huge error that could potential stop you from losing multiple 1000s x you bet and its clearly a very serious slot error.

I tried to send multiple screenshots and even made a video showing the error happen, but the casino support are brainless, they keep talking about how they know its not fun to lose money? personaly i dident really lose much so no clue why they even talk about that, then they talk about RNG but it has nothing to do with RNG since once you win a fight on the slot its supposed to be a 100% funktion, not a chance or RNG thing but a guarantee.

So ive given the casino every possible chance to remove the slot and contant the provider to get it fixed before releasing it againi to the customers.

Layout is ok, what made me quit mariacasino is the lack of customer service. I made big deposits and only got the standard 10%CB even wthough I've been a customer for years. Before it was better and you felt you got taken care of. Deals with 16% CB possible to take out before scheduled time. Not anymore.

I made a deposit last 6 months for 100 000, when I ask where is the loyalty department I get snap back comments.
This should be the bread and butter for casino sites, and for most it is but mariacasino have abandoned their previously good bonus offers.

Avoid this casino at all costs. I created an account and yesterday, and made a withdrawal today. I was asked for verification documents, which I supplied and they approved, only to then be told that they are closing my account and keeping my winnings and deposit money. They are fine while they are winning, but can apparently can just close your account for no reason if they don't want to pay you out.
