They never delivered the birthday flower arrangement I ordered, and when I followed up with them, they said they will just refund the cost, but till now they never refunded, and it's over a year. I just got tired following up because my complains fell in deaf ears. Very unprofessional service!!!

The flowers I ordered were never delivered. I tried to reach the company by mail and phone but that didn't work.
It's a fraud!!

They charged 130 euros om marvh 6th, the flowers were never delivered, asked for a refund still waiting, DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE, still waiting for my money, thd flowers were a birthday present, you can not deliver after.

They took the money and never deliverd. They don't respond on phone calls and they also don't respond on e-mails. Never order something here, totally unreliable.

Delivery never happened, customer service hotline numbers are both invalid

Fake. No response and nothing was delivered.

Can’t believe how bad of an experience this has been

Same as other reviewers. Ordered flowers for a funeral on April 24/23 to be delivered 2 days later on April 26 and 1 week later flowers still not delivered. Paid and processed $120 euros. Sent emails and no response. Tried calling number, rings once and hangs up. DONT USE THEM!

Same as others! No delivery a refund offered but to date not received. My bank is now investigating. Hopefully enough complaints my put them out of action!!

I am both upset and hugely disappointed. I have ordered several times in the past and had no issues. However, I ordered flowers on 5th April 2023 to be delivered on 8th April 2023 and to date they have still not been received. I have emailed at least 5 times and I have had no response. I will not be using them again.

The most pathetic looking bouquet I have ever seen, rather buy something at the petrol station you will get better value for your money and the flowers will be nicer. Such a huge disappointment.

Same as the others wish I had done my research. Flowers never turned up and still waiting for my refund after a month. After reading these reviews doubt I will get it. Amazing how these businesses can still be allowed to operate😡

Do not order flowers from this so called florist.
I ordered flowers on 1st March, paid 122.37 euro. Flowers were not delivered and I was promised a refund on 4th March 2023. Still waiting for my refund after several emails.

Avoid at all costs, delivery 3 days late and the flowers didnt look anything like they did on the website and they was half dead.

Wish I had done some research before doing buissnes with them, no e delivery and still no refund and no reply to my emails

Awful!! Same experience as others who have reviewed this company poorly. I ordered flowers for a certain date and 3 days later the flowers have not been delivered. I have emails saying (i) they were too busy and (ii) the local delivery driver was "unavailable"...it's not just poor service it's breach of contract. Companies are not allowed to knowingly make promises they can't keep and judging by how often this seems to happen, they know when they accept the order it is very likely they won't be able to fulfill it as agreed. Poor show all round. The company needs to be closed and the owners and officers struck off/barred from being part of a private company for a while. Very very very bad behaviour.

This company should be shut down!!
Nothing but a bad experience.
They are heartless people - they should not even be in this kind of business!!!
They don't even want to communicate with you anymore to resolve the issue of non delivery!
Absolutely AVOID!!!!!!!

Please avoid maria fiorista flowers lads, A company that does not respect its customers, no phone answering, no nothing, I ordered flowers 3 days before, and after 3 days they wrote to me that they could not deliver it , it was for a birthday, after 3 days, so far no refund no nothing…

Definitely don’t use this site. Can’t believe I didn’t check it out more before using. Took my money, failed to deliver the flowers, I got one message to say they couldn’t deliver and would I like to choose another date. Flowers never arrived, calls never answered, refund never given. £70 lost. There site should be taken down.
