Managers are bullies

PLS don't work for this Company even if don't have any other option, idiot planning from planners , very long hours every day they try to push you to do 15 hours , they never lisent to you that you don't have time for be back to yard bullied near every day. MODERN SLAVERY as a HGV DRIVER YOU JUST another number, you don't really matter for them. Your brakes doesn't Exist all the time you are just need to rush to be able not to remain NIGHT OUT. DONT EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. MARITIME PLS AVOID UNLESS you wish to be abused verbal and treat as a child. SAME THING APPLY FOR CONTRACTOR WICH THEY GET daily rates and they do. All the brakes on. Delivery. SITES., wich is illegal AVOID THIS —1 START COMPANY

It’s a matter of time before some one is killed at maritime rail Manchester yard the lifter drivers are flying round thers no organisation speeding you have to be a mind reader to know where ya going the gatehouse office staff think ther Alan auger the way they talk to an disrespect drivers ther ignorant management need to adress them and sort it out before someone gets hurt thers a young lad in that cabin with glasses he’s the only person who’s respectful and knows what he’s doing the others should be dismissed and good riddance

They sell their Old trucks to Subcontractors at a high price with a subcontractor contract. However then they pay very low rate and squeeze the subcontractors. And abbuse the subcontractor drivers and owners.

One of the lovely drivers decided to try and ram me off the road on the M6 castle bromwich. Instead of slotting into the gap behind me they deicided to speed up but ran out of filter lane so decided to try and kill me. I will be submitting the dash cam recording to west midlands police. Do not use this company because they are dangerous and shouldnt be on the road......

They post job vacancies regularly but never hire... or maybe the hires are based on friendship or kinship. It doesn't matter your experience or competence... you will be ignored

They want to practice social distancing

To say this is a transport company I am surprised to see such a poor standard of driving from their drivers. In the last week I have witnessed three separate instances, with three separate vehicles, driving badly. Just this morning whoever was driving the HGV thought it best to pull out in to oncoming traffic at the junction 29 roundabout of the M1 - forcing a flatbed truck to break suddenly and bringing the traffic on the roundabout to a standstill as they ambled around it.

For a company of this size I imagine it's the exception rather than the rule but it's starting to get beyond a joke, surely if you can't drive properly then you shouldn't be a driver? I think it's time we clamped down on poor driving standards from HGV's as a general rule - lorries in lanes 1, 2 and overtaking in lane 3 at 56 mph is hardly appropriate, pulling out in front of traffic is ridiculous, I'll report this directly to the company and update with what reply I get - hopefully not as ignorant as these drivers seem to be!

Again to make a point I do feel sorry for the drivers/staff doing a good job with Maritime but unfortunately it's these few bad eggs that stick out.

UPDATE - and on top of being terrible drivers, they don't challenge or reply to feedback - avoid at all costs.
