AVOID THIS SCAM
DO NOT ORDER from this business. My order arrived weeks late without any communication as to why. The hair was so thin and knotted it was unusable. I repeatedly tried contacting customer service via email and the online chat. They ignore my emails and cut the chat off when they find out I want a refund.
Stay well clear of this business.
EDIT: still ignoring my emails despite the fake response on here.
Hair is NOT human hair as advertised.

So unhappy
After buying for several years, the batch I received was very tangled and had a ton of split ends. My hair looked awful. I contacted customer service and after a few messages back and forth and providing photos, I was completely ignored. I have yet to receive a refund or replacement and think this company is a little scammy in its practices. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

I’m so upset again with your product
I’m so upset again with your product. I just got installed 100 pieces to add to my already existing extensions and they have all fallen out within a week. Continuously, I receive faulty product, or wrong coloured hair etc

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry to hear how frustrated you are. We completely understand how upsetting this situation must be — especially after spending time and money on your installation.
Based on your description and the photo, it seems likely that the issue may be due to the beads not being clamped tightly enough during installation, which can sometimes cause the extensions to slip out. The hair itself still appears in wearable condition, and can absolutely be reinstalled with new beads.
We recommend having your stylist replace the beads and reinstall the extensions.
By the way, our return and replacement are guaranteed.
