Order not fulfilled
I placed my order, and my payment was accepted. I was emailed a receipt for my purchase. As I didn't receive my goods I, contacted the company and asked where my order was. The reply was that the computer had lost and my order, the order number no longer existed. Instead of offering to manually fulfill my order, they just refunded my money. Leaving me to source my grandson's present elsewhere. Not handled professionally.
