Great experience as first time landlord!
Having used several other property management companies in Blackpool (Move Holmes, Central Property Management and Brighter Lets) and received dreadful service from them all, I was just about to give up and sell the property!
However, MK Property were absolutely fantastic throughout. Jacqueline was incredibly patient and understanding on any issues that arose. She was always on the end of the phone when needed, and responded to emails very quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough. If I ever buy another property in Blackpool, I'll certainly be using MK Property Management again.

As a first time landlord I knew nothing at all about letting. I found Mark Knight property management to be highly professional and I received an excellent service from start to finish. I opted for a fully managed let, I was guided through every step of setting up the property to meet legal and safety regulations. There are no hidden fees or traps and I am very happy with the low monthly charge for being fully managed. The Tennant vetting was very thorough and tenants were found very quickly. Many thanks to Jaqueline for her patience and advice throughout the whole process.
