Very disappointed that Mark Richard claims to be specialist in Japanese car imports using his japcover promotion but after many years insuring our Mitsuoka Viewt they declined to quote this year leaving us without insurance!!
I have had a wonderful experience with Mark Richard. We have used their services for house insurance for numerous years and they have always gone above and beyond to find us the best deals and worked with us in a timely & efficient manner. Communication is always excellent. John Clark had worked to find us a better deal and set everything up in a clear, effective way; making the experience very straight-forward and time efficient.
Our original insurance company declined to insure our building work on our house, 48 hours before it was due to start. Thankfully our surveyor put us in contact with John at Mark Richard who calmly and professionally managed to sort out suitable cover and get the project back on track allowing the project to start on schedule. Really impressed with their service !
Awful experience, cancelled our car insurance as we had to sell our car. There should be a £26 cancellation charge which ok is fine however they said it was £96. I told them that it will be paid within 7 days. The next day received a threatening letter that the account is being passed to the debt collection agency and it went up to £130. Avoid at all cost
