Delivery communication was poor
Delivery communication was poor. Was given a 2 hour window, which was good as I was taking a day off work to receive Item. Got called a few hours before to be told that it would be by 7pm or the next day which wasnt an option after taking time off. After hearing nothing the call came after 9pm, they were on their way.
Item was what was ordered, but I would suggest finding somewhere else.

Great price and service along the process to delivery. TV delivered within the time slot and Craig and EV even phoned ahead 20 mins before they arrived. They placed the box where we wanted it and even checked the screen for damages.

Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. I ordered a replacement fridge freezer for mine which broke down on the hottest day of the year and my new fridge freezer was delivered the next morning.
Turned out I’d ordered the wrong model (I’d ordered a non plumbed one and I needed a plumbed one with an ice and water dispenser). They took away my broken appliance AND the one I’d ordered and I was able to get the correct appliance delivered and fitted the following day
The service from the delivery drivers and Bobbi Rose - who dealt with both orders - was fantastic. Very helpful and patient
I have ordered from Marks Electrical before (dishwasher) and been equally as impressed
Plus - GREAT PRICES!
Will definitely purchase from them again

Can always guarentee you get a good price for any purchase. I ordered my appliance early evening and it was with me just after 8am next day. The delivery men, Craig and Ev, were efficient and friendly letting me know when they were 30 mins away so I was prepared for them. A++++ service.

Excellent service
Buying online was easy, and I got a great bargain with a Samsung larder fridge at half price. I had a choice of delivery dates, chose one and Marks confirmed by email. Delivery went to plan. The delivery guys were excellent, fridge was large but they handled it skillfully without leaving any damage.
I would buy again from this company.

Dishwasher broke...
Dishwasher broke, attempts to repair failed, so we ordered in the evening and had the new one arrived the next day. Craig and Ev were friendly and lovely guys, and made light work of getting rid of the old one and installing the new! Thanks folks!
