When we changed our range cooker, The tile splashbackpanel behind it was damaged and I needed a replacement. Having lived through the kitchenrefit, I wanted something that would be a finishing flourish. Marlborough Tiles was just what I was looking for. Their range of hand painted tiles were gorgeous to choose from, and my herb panel was the perfect find for me. Cassie was very patient helping me work through the measurements, colour choices and grout decisions. I am thrilled with the result. It wasn’t cheap, but it’s something I will look at several times a day every day, and when I do, I will always be glad I spent the money on Marlborough Tiles.

I made a mistake ordering the tiles and the sales team were extremely helpful and understanding in processing the return. The product looked great too

I ordered some tile samples not realising that they could not be returned. This is highly unusual as every other company - unless they are besoke - offers returns. I do not live near the showroom so I needed to order samples. They will not give me a refund and I think this is shocking and disappointing.

Was able to buy a small quantity of tiles in a 5" square size that's not commonly available. The tiles are perfect as carefully designed and not over rustic or too industrial. Delivery was very quick. Thanks

I was eager to get British-made tiles and and happy with the quality and speedy delivery. I had ordered samples before proceeding with the full purchase and both went well.

Bought some of the Lacock porcelain floor tiles for our bathroom and we are so pleased with them. Great quality and service, would definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.

I ordered 2 different colours of seasons for my shower walls and aged cracked tiles as splash backs for my sink area. Ordering process online was very simple and had email updates for order received and delivery dates when they were ready. They arrived sooner than expected in great condition, well packaged and they are gorgeous. You can tell staff have taken great care in each finished tile. I can’t wait for them to be put into my en-suite once my project begins.
