Extremely unprofessional
I had a scheduled meeting with one of the female workers, she has canceled a day prior to our meeting in the middle of the night at almost 3am telling me that she tested positive for Covid and had to reschedule.
Trying to reschedule with her was a nightmare. She had asked me what days I could do in the coming weeks, I let her know and she has mentioned that she has still been feeling sick after a week and so I mentioned we could do our appointment via Zoom. She agreed and oddly enough, asked me again when I was available, so I mentioned to her again, and then she had decided to not respond since.
I contacted her team and they have told me that she hasn’t yet fully recovered and even after mentioning that I was able to wait for the right support, they are trying to get me to find a different company saying that they are at capacity. However, I was in the process of rescheduling with the female worker and was willing to wait, they just don’t seem to want to work with me.
I feel let down and abandoned by this person. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as pleasant as the other people who have had with this female worker as their Support Coordinator.
They claim to be caring and compassionate about helping people, in my case it was all words and no action.
On top of this, she has somehow had my google review removed after sending me numerous emails threatening to take legal action if I didn’t remove my honest review.
I find this behaviour unacceptable, inappropriate and extremely unprofessional for a business that’s supposed to be supporting people with disabilities.
