A great rare family run business. In these mad times of companies offering no care or service. It was nice to find one that cares. Our still immaculate 35yr Marpatt French Oak kitchen was in need of a few handles. I contacted Marpatt and spoke with Richard . He not only managed to find some handles for me . He offered to supply and send them free of charge and put in a spare pair. As these handles are not obtainable anymore He went out of his way in kindness for a very old customer.

This family run business is a gem. Having visited nationally owned kitchen providers and often received offhand service, it was a pleasure to work with the team at Marpatt. They listened, advised and together we have planned a kitchen which 3 months ago I thought was just a pipe dream. If you are looking for a quality product supported by top notch customer service then go to Marpatt. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Superb kitchen and great quality. We’ve had the kitchen for two years now and it’s as good as day one. I didn’t leave review when installed as I wanted to see if it lasted the test of time; it has. Shaker styled solid oak kitchen and still looks and performs wonderfully. I absolutely love it. Kitchen was fitted by local company and delivery was on time- installation superb. Highly recommended by me (and I am fussy).

I'm sure a 900 tall cab requires are 895 door. But there's ain't there 900. Si no gaps top and bottom. I think they are rubbish to be honest. Every other supplier I know come in at 895mm. Not only that why are base units 715 took 5mm off them be 720 wouldn't they?

Marpatt have supplied my kitchen doors and accessories for the last four years. The product is always high quality and the finish consistent. The company is family run and I really appreciate the personal touch you get. All in all a fantastic company to deal with.

Have worked with this family run business for many years . They consistently deliver a high standard of product and pride themselves on maintaining a good client relationship and communications, with issues (if any ) always being resolved swiftly ..

This is a quality product and run by family with nothing to much trouble , we are a small family company ourselves and value their continued support to enable us to design supply and fit the the stunning projects we complete for our clients

Been using Marpatt for a while now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The product is first class. I like the "small family business", as it is what we are. After reading some of these reviews I can only comment on the experiences we have had, and any problems we have had have been dealt with in hours. Which is one the main reasons we use Marpatt as their customer service is second to none. Would highly recommend.

Worst place for kitchen parts all my doors and extras were really cheaply made from
Italy as I would told it would be high quality !! Not even got a refund just been avoiding my calls worst company in Leicester very disappointed

Products are good but over priced, the company are a nightmare to deal with, always something wrong with an order, would never use again, Don’t try to say the problems are the company’s fault they Will not interested and will be blameless on all counts.

Marpatt are an excellent company to use. Their doors are amongst the best I’ve seen. Nothing is too much trouble and they will move heaven and earth to please. Bespoke colours, colour matching and top end quality. Been a pleasure to deal with for years!

Great company to work with , Mark and team are helpful , deliver on time and a great product.

We chose Marpatt and got an independent joiner to supply and fit kitchen cabinet doors. Initially the doors arrived with different finishes (some gloss, some matt) and even different shades. It took several attempts to get all the doors in the correct finish and shade. After installation the real issues became apparent. The paint began to quickly chip and then the doors themselves deteriorated and chipped very quickly. Marpatt steadfastly refuse to address the issue. They insist the we have damaged the doors but they won't even come 20 minutes up the road to see for themselves. We have been trying to engage them in a sensible conversation for 2 years now. They just don't care. Expensive, shoddy workmanship, appalling customer care.

Marpatt held us to ransom & refused to supply doors ! We were having our kitchen fitted by a tradesman that used Marpatt doors. Marpatt & the kitchen fitter became entangled in a disagreement over another kitchen (that they messed up on!), and so refused to supply doors to my kitchen whilst they were in dispute with my kitchen fitter over this other job. They refused to supply directly to me so I could get my kitchen finished, and refused to communicate with me point blank. Appalling company, appalling customer "service". DO NOT USE ANYONE WHO BUYS MARPATT DOORS !
