Marqetspace are a very reliable company, they are very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. They take the strain out of ordering printing online.

Didn't do what I ask for, forgot to pre crease, and folded in the wrong place, the leaflets had to be re printed and the job and was delivered late to my customer, not a good start considering it was the first and possibly the last job we've had printed with Marqetspace

Some of the terminology used on the website is unfamiliar and can be confusing when ordering business cards. People answer the phone quickly and respond to emails so things can be sorted out. It would be more time-effective if perhaps someone tested the site by going through the process of placing artwork and an order and seeing what that's like for a new customer.

Email response was very quick yet they took the time to check I was happy with the way my artwork would print. Very reasonable prices, delivered quickly and a quality product.

Mixed print results and service needs improving. Left waiting for notification that job was ready for collection, and had been so for nearly a week, only to be told when I rang up that I should have logged in to find these details - seems only customers who have jobs delivered get emailed notifications! Inconsistent colours and quality between 2 print products that should have matched. Finally, on collection premises very difficult to find despite having address... the signing of the depot almost nonexistent, and one staff member distinctly rude. Having said that all other staff I engaged with were very helpful.

We recently moved over to Marqetspace and couldn't be happier. Jobs always arrive back on time (sometimes even earlier than expected), quality is spot on and prices are very competitive.

Easy to use system, on line proof is fast. Delivered on time. Printing looks great.

Last order, I had a slight issue when my a4 posters were delivered with a 2mm while line on top. Sent an email just asking about it and was sent a reprint straight away. Things do go wrong occasionally, but it's nice to have a company who puts things right without any fuss.

I'd definitely recommend and use again.

As a graphic designer who has also served his time as a print buyer (and therefore a particularly fussy customer) it is so nice to be able to use Marqetspace's online service and have the confidence that you will get excellent results for a competitive price. If there are any issues with files after being uploaded Marqetspace contact you with helpful information and help resolve the issue rather then just reject the files. Once the order is made on my account I cash specify to have the print delivered direct to the customer, which is extremely convenient. I am happy to recommends Marqetspace to anyone looking for good quality printing.
