Ordering process needs improvement
Intitally I placed a 2 star review as I wasn't happy with the ordering process and feedback from the IM Chat system person I spoke to. Although I still think this site could be much improved, the order was delivered on time and the quality of the product was very good. After putting my original order through and a review on Trustpilot, I received a call from Marqetspace to try and help with the issues I'd encountered which was very much apprecaited. For this reason I am editing this review from 2 star to 4 as a result and would be happy to work with Marqetspace again. However the site and ordering process does still need a big improvement.

Regular and Happy user
I use Marqetspace regularly, and cant rate them highly enough, the range is huge, the print is great quality. However the main reason to use them is the service, I had an issue this week the courier lost a banner that was required to a very tight deadline, sods law a new potentially important customers first order. Marqetspace came through, Im not sure how they managed to do it, but they did, thank you guys you absolutely delivered, even when others couldn't.

Highly Recommend
Contacted Customer Services to ensure what I was looking to have printed was acceptable, their response was very prompt and very helpful. Placing the order was easy and being able to view the proof when the file was uploaded was a great help especially with the options provided to ensure the file fitted the page size. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking to use this company again in the future.

There is no regard for customer concerns
After a initial hickup, the customer service did listen to the issue. However, it was still lacking empathy for the customer's point of view. Nonetheless, the company showed a gesture of resolving the issue.
