i have used Marqet Space for many years…
i have used Marqet Space for many years and spend lots of money with them
i was a little disappointed to be charged half again for a re print when the guidelines are not visitable on the mobile proofing when having a foil block
i will continue to use them but on this instance my loyalty was not taken into consideration
As a result i lost money on the project

I totally understand your frustration regarding receiving print that has not turned out how you expected. Our file checking service is to ensure files are print ready, we do not proof read or edit customer's artwork, though we will warn when possible. I will speak to team about how we can make this clearer going forward. Use them a lot
Should be 4.5 because nobody is 5 in my book. But still very good and I'd still recommend them. One small issue when calling for advice, some of the team are a bit short and make you feel a little dumb.

It's great to hear that you were pleased with the service that you received. I understand that there was a delay with delivery as the courier was unable to locate the address, this was resolved and the order was delivered the following day. If we can help with anything - just get in touch.

Made an order and found an error, which turned out to a mistake on my part. The problem was explained fully and resolved amicably. new business cards arrived shortly after perfect. correspondence was prompt via email.

Two orders have been delayed this week by the chosen courier firm (DHL/UK Mail) without warning. I have had to disappoint my clients and spend time persuading Marqetspace to look into this for me. I shouldn't have to remind you guys that I am YOUR customer and as such you should be willing and able to help resolve this issue quickly and professionally.

Simple, accessible, quality print.
They are always there to help navigate the site and give support. The process is smooth and because It doesn't require human response to get a job submitted it's handy for the unsociable hours I sometimes work. I can then pick up the response and flight check details when it suits. They are always fast for turn around and brilliant for quality of print and materials.

The agency print supplier
Being an agency it is hard to find print reliable and affordable with quality customer service at scale. After paying premium non-trade prices for years we found MarqetSpace - They are really an agencies best friend, from live UK based support to decent print at scale.
