Excellent service and a really nice attitude

We were three and a half hours late arriving in Trapani (thanks, RyanAir) and were very worried that our transport to our hotel might not be there as it was almost 1 am. But Gaspare was waiting patiently, with a smile and a friendly greeting. And a car with a boot big enough for our 80 kgs of kiting gear. Excellent service and a really nice attitude. Thanks so much, will definitely use him again on our next kiting holiday to Sicily.
