We are Marshfield Farm Ice Cream. We’ve been creating a whole host of award-winning flavours on our family farm in the South West of England for over 35 years. Our flavours are inspired by British classics, with a few surprises in the line up too. From creamy to crunchy, fruity to fudgy, we believe we have something to make the whole family happy – even the dog! One Family, One Farm, One Herd of Happy Cows Three generations of The Hawking family have been farming the land we love for over 50 years. Our cows spend most of the year outdoors, free to roam on our pastures which we farm using sustainable, regenerative techniques to increase biodiversity and reduce our carbon footprint. We only ever use our own milk in our ice cream, which moves only meters to our ice creamery where it is combined with the best quality ingredients and churned into our delicious ice cream.

It went down extremely well at my 70th birthday celebration. The coffee went very quickly. The champagne & strawberry sorbet was divine. Just have a small amount left and a little vanilla. Will have to order the coffee as I didnt even get chance to try it!!

Ice cream is the best we have ever had. I had some in a local restaurant and asked what it was and ordered 5 flavours to be delivered. It arrived promptly and every flavour was awesome! BEST ICE CREAM AND SERVICE EVER! Will be ordering again asap. Thank you

I received someone else's order
I received someone else's order. Rang to query what happens now and was told someone would call me back, no call back so rang again to be told the person dealing with it had gone home. Very bad customer service.

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service. I was able to order my ice cream for delivery the following day.
I was also able to order a gift voucher (paper) but this took 9 days to arrive. Part of my order was for myself and part was a birthday gift. I tried new flavours (coffee and lemon sorbet) both were delicious. The gifted ice cream is a known favourite.

It's my dogs choice
I order my dogs ice cream direct as the pet shop I used to get it from closed.
Same price, if you order enough it's free delivery.
Arrives completely frozen by courier and it's the only pet ice cream my dog will eat (fussy git) or maybe hes just got good taste👍

Lovely local company with normally wonderful product, but on the occasion it wasn't I received woeful customer service.
Not our fault go back to the shop is not the answer. It's your product, your name and you should fight to keep it, along with your customers.
Normally 5 star. This occasion 1 star. So I split the difference
