I had a viewing arranged with this agency and confirmed by email, but when we arrived, no one turned up. It turned out that no viewing had actually been booked at all. It was a complete waste of our time, and nobody followed up afterwards. Overall, it felt very disappointing and very disrespectful. Zero star if possible.

I rarely make time for online reviews but in this case it is warranted....
We have been with Martin & Co for about 5yrs. As a military family often relocating we needed a reliable letting agency and Martin & Co never failed to deliver on that.
They are a well managed agency, supported by a strong team. When deciding to finally sell our property Giles Mugford proved instrumental in driving this sale to completion.
Can't recommend them highly enough!

Martin & Co Camberley are the letting agents for my property in Camberley. As I do not live locally I chose to have a fully managed service and it has been worth every penny . Lauren and the letting staff have ensured that the property is fully maintained and been very professional in all their dealings with me. I have genuine peace of mind about my property knowing that it is in such capable hands. When I had a change of tenants , it was handled seamlessly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Martin & Co Camberley have been absolutely brilliant from the moment we put our property up for rental, helping us through the process & dealing promptly & professionally with any queries we had & also in dealing with any concerns raised by the tenants who reside in the property, ensuring communicated to us & dealt with efficiently & effectively for both the tenant & us as the property owners. We would definitely recommend them & actually they were recommended to us by a friend who also uses them for rental of a property he owns.

The staff at Martins were extremely helpful when we were looking to buy to let. They gave excellent advice that has proved to be correct in the years since. They even managed to start the let on the day of completion of purchase! They are very thorough and prompt in maintenance of the property and employ contractors whose charges are very reasonable and work of good quality. I am happy to recommend them.

Giles and the team are good. I think they sell houses too but they are principally an out and out lettings operation. You get the feeling they enjoy their work. 6 years on their books as a landlord, I only have good things to say about Martin & Co Camberley
