I live above one of their properties.
They called me said they had a leak coming from my apartment, I paid out money for a plumber and gave them the report WITH PHOTOS. The report said that there was no leak in my apartment. They have refused to reimburse MY money. They have failed to provide a report about the "leak" into the one below me, the tenants had caused the damp by not using their heating or extraction. Unprofessional and immature, ignorant. Disgusted with them to be honest. Won't be selling or renting my property out through them as I don't trust them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wish I could put less than 1 star as they don't even deserve that.
Wish I could put less than 1 star. My sister (whom I am writing this for) has been a tenant of a property of theirs for nearly 3 years. We highlighted a number of issues when she first moved in, which Martin and Co were informed of immediately, that have never been sorted out. More dangerous issues such as cracked light switches, exposed nail heads on stairs and subsequently a broken bathroom extract fan which had shorted to earth due to excess moisture from generally poor ventilation within the property. She is expecting to move out within a couple of months and won't be surprised if they take every opportunity to revoke as much of her deposit as possible. They themselves never fixed any of the issues raised, which some could potentially kill someone, when they say they will contact the landlord to get them to sort out the issues, it never ever happened.
Would NEVER recommend using them. Sell or rent a house yourself before using them.
