We have been with Martin & Co for about 5 years and in all that time, they have been unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and we can strongly recommend them.
When we were new to the rental market, it was reassuring to have their advice and even though we are now seasoned landlords, there is no way we would want to be without that guidance.
Dennis and Matt (and other staff) will always return calls if they are out of the office, and go out of their way to ensure that we are happy with the way things are going with our tenants. We feel totally safe in their hands.
