Martin & co are an increadably friendly & welcoming group of people. In my personal experience they bend over backwards to do all they can for you. Everyone in the office is amazingly friendly and upbeat all the time. Can't recommend Martin & co highly enough!!

My husband and I have had poor experiences of dealing with larger- sized agencies in previous years so we were a little reticent to rent a property with Martin and Co.

However, from the outset we were greeted with exemplary service from the very first welcome in the store to our final moving day. The service we have received has been of the most efficient and first class standard; nothing has been too much trouble.

Tracey, David and Julie, have been amazing helping me with the sale of my property. Really good, quick and friendly service. They were thorough with their checks. They checked after we moved in, to make sure we were settled and had all the information we needed.

I honestly do not think i have ever had the opportunity to give a better review than i can give today. Will at Martin and co has been absolutely fantastic from day one. He is always so helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure myself and my husband are being well looked after. He's cheeky and funny and has just made myself and my husband feel comfortable throughout our experience with them. I particularly love that he won't 'beat around the bush', if there's a problem, he will tell you and then get it sorted.

Julie is the other letting agent who has been absolutely amazing throughout our tenancy. She is so helpful and lovely, and will patiently take you through all of the forms and answer any questions you have. Julie has helped me out on more than one occasion, one of those were when i had locked my keys in my flat, i rung her having a meltdown and she calmed me down and sorted me a spare key out so i could get back in to get my keys. I have grown really fond of both Will and Julie over the years, and I would strongly recommend going through Martin and Co with them, i have been with other letting agents before and have had never ending problems, so this has been a breath of fresh air. So so happy with the service we received. Thanks both you are amazing.

Will and Julie are absolutly lovely and made the process very smooth. Catherine also does an awesome job as the issues I have had so far have been fixed quickly and smoothly. Over all a really lovely team and great to see that they clearly have a great team bond. (Cringe)
