We had a few problems with buyers offering but later pulling out but they gave a quality service by keeping us informed of any updates necessary and professional advice. Vanessa came out to value our house and made us feel like we were important, she put us at ease at a very stressful time. In no time our house was on the market with fantastic advertising, we nearly bought it ourselves. We didn’t get any time wasters, everyone who came actually wanted to buy a house like ours, the 3rd couple to view put in an offer and we were advised how to proceed by Vanessa and she coached us to a very good deal with the buyers. Once the sale was agreed Rebecca took over with the chasing up solicitor and pushing the sale along, Rebecca made a point of contacting us every week on a Wednesday, we Knew every week we was getting an update even when nothing had changed, she is a star as are all of the attentive staff down at Martin & co. Our sale was not easy but without Rebecca and Vanessa it would have been hell. I would definitely recommend to everyone use Martin & co to sell your house.

This is actually my sellers estate agent not mine we first viewed the house we are buying with jack who is a lovely lad. We have not moved yet but have also spoke to vanessa who again was fantastic and have been corresponding mainly with rebecca who without fail has kept us up to date on a weekly basis and quite frankly has gone above and beyond with extra viewings and querys we had she is an absolute credit to martin and co i can not reccomend this outstanding team enough and should i ever move again this is the estate agent for us keep up the good work guys 5 stars is simply not enough

I used Martin and Co Mansfield to sell our property. All of the staff were amazing. They were friendly and always wanting to help and go that extra mile. If they didn't know the answer they would find out and call me back. Rebecca was really organised and when I rang to enquire about a query she already had the answer. My house sale took a while due to factors up the chain. The staff at Martin and Co also supported the guy I was buying off as he used an agent that didn't have this service. They chased solicitors for me liaised up and down the chain and nothing was too much trouble. I received timely emails with updates. When I first had viewings the staff did all they could to ensure that the viewers were genuine as I had little time for them to visit the property. They provided me with feedback very quickly from prospective buyers. Vanessa Rebecca and Jack are first class and I would not hesitate to use their company again. Personal 1st class customer service is just what you need when you are doing something as big a buying and selling and I certainly received it.

We recently sold our property through Martin's, the team are second to none and their customer care is excellent, they are friendly, very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend them, we were having difficulties with the purchase of our new property and Martin's even helped us with that. They are a brilliant team, now, if only I could say something positive about the people handling the purchase of our new house!

We contacted the company in 2017 when we were moving back to UK from Europe and needed a rental property urgently. They completed all the admin and references within 2 days, and allowed us to view a lovely old 4 bedroom windmill property. We moved in within a week or so, and all the arrangements were smoothed out by the agent. Keys were available on time, the property was prepared nicely for moving in and the inventory was thorough, backed up by photographs. The agent supplied help and arranged a few minor repairs while we were renting. We moved out after a year and got deposit returned in full. We felt the contracts and arrangements were all fairly administered and if I wanted to rent out my home, I would use this agent. Have since bought in the area. Would totally recommend this agent to prospective tenants or landlords.
