We found Laurence to be very diligent…
We found Laurence to be very diligent and very much went above and beyond what we had experienced with a previously instructed agent.
Not just finding and qualifying the buyer, he identified them early and kept in contact throughout the process as our buyer was in a chain and then drove the sale across the line. Getting involved with the solicitors and keeping us in the loop throughout.
We are very grateful for the dedication shown.
