Very Bad experience! AVOID!
This firm doesn’t work weekends or after 5pm! So if you selling a property keep that in mind that viewings will be made only during working hours Monday to Friday 9-5! Martin&Co Wolverhampton expect buyers to take time off from work to come view the property.
I was asked to take photos of my property via phone and do the measurements for the floor plan and send it to Martin&Co! I have all of this in writing in emails from Martin&Co. In the end very poor photos were taken via mobile phone by Martin&Co and put my property in the market.
Only 2 viewings were made and I received 2 offers as property was priced to sell!
Incorrect information regarding viewings were provided by the firm as in lots of viewings has happened when in fact only 2 viewings were happened! When enquired with manager of the firm, he was very rude and started shouting! When asked about complaints procedure I was told by the manager that there isn’t one and I am speaking with the head of everything!
Luckily my property is sold as I said was priced to sell but if you selling your property think twice before you chose Martin&Co Wolverhampton firm!!
