My experience with Mr. Nossel has been deeply unsatisfactory.
In the matter of my late father's estate, his actions demonstrated a lack of professional responsibility and questionable judgement.
He allowed an executor to claim improper expenses, resulting in financial loss for beneficiaries.
Furthermore, I am troubled by the highly unusual situation where Mr. Nossel closed his own firm citing "ill health" and then immediately continued working on my father's estate at Dovaston Law.
This abrupt change in circumstances raises serious questions about his motivations and professional conduct.
I have filed a complaint with the SRA regarding his conduct.
