Poor customer support and the tool is…
Poor customer support and the tool is not user-friendly.
I signed up for the free trial and tried to use the tool. Unfortunately, it has a lot of bugs. So, to understand it better and learn how to use it properly I set up a call with customer support. They sent me tons of emails and SMS reminding me about the meeting, but eventually, nobody from their team appeared for the call. I spent 20 minutes waiting for zoom approval with no success.

Horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I highly recommend finding any other company that provides the same or similar services. I signed up for the free trial (7 days) and then realized the company/website wouldn’t help me, so I attempted to cancel. After numerous attempts to cancel I realized there was no way for me to do so on my own. After 9 emails from me to customer service and my request being (literally) ignored over and over again I have been forced to reach out to my credit card company. This is a scam. Stay very far away.
