Horrible customer service. I'm a real estate agent, subscribed to the service for 7 months, upgraded my account to use extra features. Cancelled the subscription, was charged twice after cancelling, and continue to receive back/forth messages because they claim to not have an account with my information, yet they've taken my payment for seven months. They ask for my credit card again, then still want additional information. I've turned the entire matter over to AMEX.

Product overall provides useful, curated data, more for the general public since there are several realtor accessible programs that provide the same data. The platform and rental values are based solely on Airbnb stats, which makes the data useless in several high-end markets (Kiawah Island, Palm Beach, etc.) where Airbnb is less common.

I'm researching short term rental market and they have data points for occupancy rates that were helpful on narrowing down markets. They also have very responsive customer service.

Mashvisor provides an excellent opportunity for beginners looking to start a rental arbitrage business. I was able to try a free trial, which gave me access to accurate and useful data analytics. As I'm still establishing my business, I plan on using Mashvisor in the near future. I highly recommend their products to anyone, whether they're just starting out or have more experience in the market. Mashvisor offers a product for just about everyone. Additionally, their customer service is top-notch, with Jason Miller being especially helpful.

If you’re looking to start your business even as a beginner mashvisor gives you the opportunity to try a free trial which gives you access to everything you need to know, the data analytics are accurate and useful. Although the timing wasn’t great for me to purchase the product, I definitely see myself using mashvisor in the near future and highly recommend their products to anyone even someone who is intermediate or advanced in the market they have a product for just about everyone! And their customer service is great! Thanks to Jason Miller who helped me!

I was looking for the optimal spot to buy an investment property and wanted to short-term rent most of the time and was concerned that I was going to be able to buy something and still turn a buck. Mashvisor showed me that the area I was looking in was not a prime rental area so I could adjust.
The analytics are amazing and even had staff offer to do a tutorial.
I just wish there wasn't an automatic purchase at the end of the trial period. With life so hectic, it's just one more thing to remember.

Gave me all the information I need to start my business. I was able to stablish a price per room in my current property. Also, I compared against other similar properties in the vicinity and set realistic expectations for monthly income as well as yearly expectations.

This software seems to be very robust and user friendly. And the customer service is quick to reply. Keep in mind that this software is an annual renewal-based subscription.
